The company's apprenticeship program has trained over 90% of its onsite workforce, and two of its office based personnel. This continued investment has been made possible with the superlative staff at North Notts College in Worksop. The last two years alone has seen 20 new apprentices recruited, all embarking upon an EAL certified Level 3 NVQ. Our culture is to continue to invest in this means of training, giving us a reliable, loyal and competent work force.

From as early as 16 years of age, electrical apprentices gain knowledge of warehousing and labouring, and further on in their career they may well be involved in general building and plumbing. 

The management structure supports 3 full time contracts managers serving the major clients. A qualified manager and on site qualified supervisor relentlessly striving for electrical safety and technical compliance. A full time buyer, financial controller, operations manager and marketing executive.
